run the whole shop from one screen.
Status, orders, private events — all of it lives on Admin, the same screen a barista uses day to day.
-
01Sign In
Sign in with Google or Apple
One tap from Profile — no separate admin login, no password to remember. The same account works everywhere in the app; Admin simply appears as a tab once your email is on the allowlist.
-
02Check In
Tap "We're Here" to open for the day
It captures your location automatically and turns it into a real street address customers see on the Here screen — no typing an address. Set a wait time from 0–30 minutes and an optional note ("parked on the corner…") that shows right alongside it.
-
03Two Switches
Flip Private Event and Pre-Order Payment
Private Event turns the
/eventpage on or off for a scheduled gathering. Pre-Order Payment decides whether/pourcharges through Shopify checkout, or runs completely free because a host is covering the tab that day — customers see the difference the instant you flip it. -
04The Queue
Open Orders is the only list you need
A Shopify-paid order, a free pre-order from
/pour, and a private-event order all land in the exact same "Open Orders" list, live, the moment they come in — sorted, counted, no expanding a separate section to see what's pending.Places WayA two-note chime plays on every new order, from any of the three sources — a barista's ear stays in sync with the counter without anyone glancing at a screen.
-
05Completing
Tap MADE — it holds for 7 seconds first
A mistap costs nothing: the order shows checked and holds for 7 seconds before it actually completes, and a second tap in that window undoes it entirely — nothing was ever sent to Shopify.
Places WayThe same tap quietly notifies the customer, too — if they were signed in, their own Profile lights up with "ready — come grab it" the instant it completes. No webhook, no waiting on Shopify, no browser tab they had to leave open.
-
06History & Events
Closed Pours, Closed Events, and Tally
Completed orders move out of Open Orders into two collapsed histories, so the active list always stays about right now. During a private event, Tally counts every drink poured, lets you enter how many the host is covering, does the math on what's owed, and hands you a branded PDF to share on the spot.
- One unified queue — paid, free, and event orders were never three things to check, they're one.
- A literal safety net on every single completion, not a confirmation dialog to click through.
- Completing an order does two jobs at once — it's also the customer's own notification, with nothing extra to build or maintain per order.
everything you touch on shift, in one place.
The exact same Admin screen the owner uses — nothing separate to log into, nothing extra to check.
-
01Sign In
Sign in once with Google or Apple
The same account you'd use anywhere else — nothing separate to remember, no shared shop password. Once your email is on the shop's allowlist, Admin just shows up as a tab.
-
02Stay In Sync
Listen for the chime
A quiet two-note tone plays the instant a new order lands — a Shopify-paid order, a free pre-order, or a private-event order all trigger it the same way. Your first tap anywhere on Admin unlocks it for the rest of the shift.
-
03One List
Work Open Orders top to bottom
Every pending drink from every source sits in one place already, live. Tap an order open and its modifiers are grouped drink-by-drink — "Latte #1 — iced, oat, vanilla, extra shot" reads as one line, not three separate ones to re-match.
-
04Completing
Tap MADE, and let it hold
It holds checked for 7 seconds before actually completing — plenty of time to catch a mistap. Tap again inside that window and it undoes cleanly, as if nothing happened.
-
05Private Events
Tap Tally any time for a running count
Every drink poured so far, grouped and counted with a running total — useful the moment a host leans over and asks "how are we doing?"
- One screen, one login — nothing to double-check across separate systems mid-shift.
- The queue does the sorting for you — you never have to know or care where an order came from to work it.
- Undo is real, not a confirmation you have to get right the first time.
the app remembers you, quietly.
Every repeat visit gets faster, not just familiar, once you're signed in.
-
01Sign In
Sign in from Profile — one tap
Google or Apple, no form to fill out. From here on, Order,
/pour, and/eventall quietly know it's you. -
02Set Once
Set Your Usual in Profile
Milk, temperature, extra shot, coconut cloud — set them once, and every drink you customize anywhere in the app opens already set the way you like it. No re-picking oat milk every single time.
-
03One Tap
Save up to 3 exact go-to drinks
From inside any drink's customize screen, tap "save as usual" to keep an exact order — not just your default modifiers, the whole thing. It shows up as a one-tap row at the top of the menu on Order,
/pour, and/event.Places WayTapping a saved drink adds it straight to your cart, already made your way — no customize screen, no re-picking anything.
-
04Checkout
Never retype your name or number
The first time you order through
/pouror/event, your phone number is remembered. After that, checkout just reads "ordering as [you]" with a small edit link — nothing to fill in. -
05No Waiting Around
Know the moment it's ready
No bouncing back to a confirmation page, no browser tab you have to leave open. A quiet line just appears in Profile — "ready — come grab it" — the instant a barista marks it done.
-
06Your Places
A running record of your visits
1st visit, 5 orders, 10 orders, local — it lives right in Profile, already being remembered even before rewards launch.
- Personalization without a settings page — it just already feels right when you tap in.
- One tap beats a form, every time it can.
- Status comes to you — you never have to go check on your own order.
coffee, without the friction.
Nothing required, nothing to create — /pour and /event work completely as a guest, start to finish.
-
01Start Anywhere
Scan and order — no account needed
A QR code (often the attract screen on an idle iPad) or a shared link drops you straight onto the menu. Nothing to download, nothing to create.
-
02Checkout
One quick form: name, phone, pickup time
That's the entire checkout — whether you're paying through Shopify or a host is covering the tab for free that day.
-
03After Ordering
Watch your order go from preparing to ready
Right there on the same confirmation screen, live, no refreshing — "preparing your order" quietly becomes "ready — come grab it."
-
04No Pressure
A quiet invitation to sign in — never a wall
A small "sign in for your usual" link appears once, easy to ignore. Guest ordering is never blocked, slowed down, or interrupted by it.
- Zero friction by default — chrome-free pages, nothing to navigate.
- Built for "I just want my coffee, fast" — signing in is an upgrade, never a requirement.
